Trading as Legna Care Staffing Ltd since 2015, our team is a well-established temporary employment agency that was founded on a passion for excellent healthcare services. We recognise that a professional, seasoned, and trained workforce is a valuable advantage, and we collaborate with our health industry partners to position only the best candidates, allowing clients to receive high-quality medical care for their establishments.
2021
In April 2021, the team developed an even better strategy for staffing solutions in the field of specialist healthcare through our new brand, Professional Healthcare UK Limited. Fully compliant with UK legislation, our recruitment process ensures our professional candidates and clients receive the best quality management services for their staffing solutions.
Being registered by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in addition to our compliance with the current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we safeguard the rights and privileges of our employees, candidates, clients and partners, as well as safeguarding our own data security. This forms part of our ability to deliver high-quality results, which we take pride in. Since caring is important to us, we provide an effective, comprehensive, and compassionate service.
About the CQC Registration
2024
Professional Healthcare UK has continuously expanded its range of services to meet the evolving needs of our community. In 2024, we became a registered provider with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). While we began by offering personal care services, we have since grown to provide more comprehensive support, including live-in care and respite care.
We are also recognised for our expertise in delivering specialist care for individuals with complex health needs. This includes support for people living with dementia, those facing mobility challenges, and individuals requiring advanced care such as tracheostomy and PEG support—all delivered in the comfort of their own homes.
Currently, we provide commissioned services across the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, North West London ICB, and North Central London ICB. We work closely with commissioners, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams, adopting an outcomes-focused approach that ensures continuity, dignity, and measurable improvements in quality of life for every individual we support.
