You (the “Client”) accept that the Professional Healthcare UK Ltd. website will make our Database available for the purpose of job matching.
You consent to treat all Data with absolute confidentiality according to our agreement and also in accordance with your own privacy policies. Should you use any data from our Database regardless of how/where it was derived from for any reason other than that for which the Data were given, you will hold Professional Healthcare UK Limited harmless and indemnify the Company for any and all liabilities and claims as a result (to the fullest extent permissible by law).

You understand and agree that Professional Healthcare UK Limited (the “Company”) may share your information with its Clients to help facilitate the recruitment process on your behalf, and that promotional extracts from your information may be displayed on the Professional Healthcare UK Ltd. website or other Professional Healthcare UK Limited group websites. You acknowledge that your current employer has access to our websites, and you hereby disclaim any and all lawsuits against the Company for any damages you may suffer as a result of this.
You agree that we will collect and use your information in order to carry out our responsibilities as your employment consultant, with the understanding that your current employer may also be our Client with links to our website and group websites. You furthermore, irrevocably waive any and all lawsuits against the Company for any indemnification resulting from the information displayed on these websites.
